摘　　要：简述了河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司沸腾床加氢装置扩能改造情况。通过扩能改造后装置运行实践,总结了现有沸腾床加氢装置的操作特点,根据操作存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案。The capacity expansion and transformation of the ebullated-bed upgrading unit of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.were briefly descripted.Through the operation practice of the plant after the expansion and transformation,the operation characteristics of the existing ebullated-bed upgrading plant,as well as the operation problems and solution descriptions were summarized.
