摘  要:为了研究纳滤膜在饮用水处理中的膜污染问题,中试以太湖水为原水,经过超滤预处理后,再进行纳滤,在超过运行通量22 L/(m^(2)·h)的条件下,纳滤膜污染迅速;采用EEM、SEM、ICP和LC-OCD等多种手段对膜污染物质进行分析,结果表明,造成纳滤膜污染的无机物为Al、Si、Fe组成的化合物,有机物主要是生物聚合物、聚羧基类腐殖酸和不吸收UV的小分子质量中性有机物。A pilot scale test with Taihu Lake water as raw water was carried out in order to investigate membrane fouling in the treatment of drinking water by nanofiltration.After ultrafiltration pretreatment,the raw water was filtered by nanofiltration.When operating flux exceeded 22 L/(m^(2)·h),the nanofiltration membrane fouled rapidly.The membrane pollutants were analyzed by EEM,SEM,ICP and LC-OCD.Inorganic substances that led to nanofiltration membrane fouling were compounds composed of Al,Si and Fe,and organic pollutants were mainly biopolymers,polycarboxylic humic acids and small molecular weight neutral organic compounds that did not absorb UV.
