糖尿病药物联合医用三氧减轻2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖尿病药物联合医用三氧减轻2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的疗效。方法:174例患者随机分为常规降糖治疗(C)组88例和降糖治疗复合三氧自血治疗(O)组86例,治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FIN)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)水平,以及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA-ISI)的变化,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者的FPG、HbA1c、FIN等血糖指标和TC、TG等血脂指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且O组上述各项指标均显著优于C组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的HOMA-IR较前明显下降,HOMA-ISI则明显上升(P<0.05);且O组患者的HOMA-IR与HOMA-ISI均优于C组(P<0.05)。O组发生2例恶心、呕吐及3例头昏,C组未见不良反应发生。结论:医用三氧辅助糖尿病药物能进一步改善T2DM患者的血糖及胰岛素水平,降低TG,减轻IR,增加胰岛素敏感性,安全性较佳。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of diabetes drugs combined with medical ozone in reducing insulin resistance(IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in vitro. Methods: Totally 174 patients were randomly divided into routine hypoglycemic therapy group(C group,88 cases),and hypoglycemic therapy combined with trioxide autoperfusion therapy group(O group,86 cases). After one course treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma insulin(FIN),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TC) and total cholesterol(TG) were compared between the two groups,the changes in insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and insulin sensitivity index(HOMA-ISI) were studied,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded as well. Results: After treatment,the levels of glycemic indices FPG,FIN and Hb A1 c,and the lipid indices TC and TG in the two groups were all significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0. 05),and the indices in O group were all better than those in C group(P<0. 05). After treatment,HOMA-IR was decreased and HOMA-ISI was increased in the two groups(P< 0. 05),and the indices in O group were both better than those in C group(P<0. 05). O group had 2 cases of nausea and vomiting,and 3 cases of dizziness,while C group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion: Medical trioxygen-assisted diabetes drugs can further improve blood glucose and insulin levels in T2DM patients with reduced TG and alleviated IR,and increase insulin sensitivity with promising security.
