摘　　要：目的:建立一测多评(QAMS)法同时测定养血生发合剂中7种化学成分含量。方法:以芍药苷为内标物,采用QAMS法测得养血生发合剂中其余化学成分(没食子酸、西伯利亚远志糖A5、西伯利亚远志糖A6、2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷、3,6’-二芥子酰基蔗糖及远志糖苷A)的相对校正因子(fi/s),将QAMS计算值与外标法(ESM)测得值进行对比分析,以验证QAMS的可行性。结果:QAMS法建立的各成分fi/s重现性良好,QAMS计算值与ESM测得值差异无统计学意义。结论:该方法准确可行,可用于养血生发合剂7种成分的含量测定及质量控制。Objective:To establish a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS)for Yangxue Shengfa mixture.Methods:Paeoniflorin was an internal standard and the relative correction factors(fi/s)of other chemical components(gallic acid,sibiricose A5,sibiricose A6,2,3,5,4’-tetera-hydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,6’-disinapoylsucroseandtenuifoliside A)in Yangxue Shengfa mixture were measured by QAMS.The calculated values of QAMS were compared with the measured values of external standard method(ESM)to verify the feasibility.Results:The fi/sreproducibility of each component established by QAMS was good,and there were no statistically significant differences between the calculated values of QAMS and those of ESM.Conclusion:The method is accurate and feasible,and can be used for the content determination of seven components and the quality control of Yangxue Shengfa mixture.
