足弓发育期扁平足儿童的足底压力跟踪研究

摘　　要：利用Footscan■足底压力测试系统有效跟踪采集147名7~8岁儿童三年裸足行走时的足底压力数据,从中筛选出10名三年一直保持扁平足的儿童,并与10名年龄、身高、BMI相匹配的正常足儿童的足底压力数据进行对比研究。研究结果表明:(1)在三年跟踪期内,扁平足儿童足弓指数呈现增加趋势;(2)第一、二跖骨区域和后跟区域为扁平足儿童与正常足儿童标准化峰值压力显著变化区域,扁平足儿童在第二年出现拐点,呈先升后降趋势,正常足儿童则表现为逐年显著升高;(3)扁平足儿童在第三至五跖骨区域、内外侧足弓区域的峰值压强从第一年至第二年较正常足儿童表现出更显著的升高。The Footscan■ was used to track and collect the plantar pressure data of 147 children aged 7-8 years when walking barefoot for three years. Ten children who kept flat feet for three years were screened out.The results were compared with the plantar pressure data of 10 normal foot children matched with age, height and BMI. Results show that:(1)during the three-year follow-up study, the arch index of flatfoot children showed an increasing trend.(2) M1-2 region and Heel region showed significant changes in normalized max force between flatfoot children and normal foot children, and flatfoot children showed an inflection point in the second year, which increased first and then decreased, while that of normal foot children increased significantly year by year.(3) the peak pressure in M3-5, MLA and LLA region of flatfoot children was significantly higher than that of normal foot children from the first year to the second year.
