麻黄素喷鼻应用于电子喉镜检查前表面麻醉对血压的影响

摘　　要：目的探究麻黄素喷鼻应用于电子喉镜检查前表面麻醉对血压的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年10月于本院行电子喉镜检查患者226例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各113例。对照组采用常规喷鼻麻醉,研究组在对照组基础上联用麻黄素喷鼻,比较两组麻醉指标、血流动力学指标、麻醉效果及不良反应情况。结果研究组阻滞显效时间及完善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉后,研究组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及心率水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组麻醉有效性为97.3%,高于对照组的88.5%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.3%,低于对照组的14.2%(P<0.05)。结论麻黄素喷鼻应用于电子喉镜检查前表面麻醉,可有效缓解患者低血压情况,平稳患者心率,安全性高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the effect of ephedrine nasal spray on the blood pressure before electronic laryngoscopy.Methods 226 patients who admitted to our hospital for electronic laryngoscopy from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 113 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nasal spray anesthesia,while the study group used ephedrine nasal spray in combination on the basis of the control group,the anesthetic indicators,hemodynamic indicators,anesthetic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The time of block onset and improvement in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the level of SBP,DBP and heart rate in the study group after anesthesia were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the effectiveness of anesthesia in the study group was 97.3%,higher than that in the control group of 88.5%(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.3%,lower than that in the control group of 14.2%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ephedrine nasal spray in surface anesthesia before electronic laryngoscopy can effectively relieve the hypotension of patients,stabilize the heart rate of patients,with strong safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
