摘　　要：目的探计2型糖尿伴微量白蛋白尿的影响因素及其健康相关行为。方法采用自行设计的一般资料问卷、2型糖尿病患者健康相关行为问卷对医院门诊患者进行调查。结果共调查2型糖尿病患者297例,男性182例,女性115例,其中正常蛋白尿256例,微量白蛋白41例。单因素分析结果显示,2型糖尿病伴或不伴微量白蛋白尿在糖尿病病程、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、饮酒年限等方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示,糖尿病病程、收缩压和空腹血糖是2型糖尿病微量白蛋白尿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者发生微量白蛋白尿与糖尿病病程、收缩压和空腹血糖密切相关,在日常生活中应注意密切监测血糖和血压变化,并遵医嘱合理控制血糖。Objective To explore the influencing factors and health-related behaviors of type 2 diabetes with microalbuminuria.Methods A self-designed sociodemographic questionnaire and type 2 diabetes health-related behavior questionnaire were used to investigate outpatients in the hospital.Results A total of 297 patients with type 2 diabetes,182 males and 115 females were investigated,including 256 normal proteinuria and 41 microalbumin.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in type 2 diabetes with or without microalbuminuria in terms of the course of diabetes,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,and years of drinking(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes,systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were the influencing factors of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetes.Conclusion The occurrence of microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes is closely related to the course of diabetes,systolic blood pressure,and fasting blood glucose.In daily life,attention should be paid to monitoring blood glucose closely and controlling blood glucose in accordance with the doctor's instructions.
