摘 要:目的探析PDCA循环法在传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中的应用价值。方法研究时间是2019年1月至2020年12月,将2019年1~12月未实施PDCA循环法的传染病疫情信息监测报告管理的221例患者作为对照组,将2020年1~12月实施PDCA循环法的传染病疫情信息监测报告管理的188例患者作为观察组,对比PDCA循环法实施前后传染病报告率、报告卡填写准确率以及迟报漏报发生率。如果超出报告时限为迟报,如果遗漏为漏报。结果观察组患者中,传染病报告217例(98.19%)、填写准确219例(99.10%)、迟报漏报1例(0.45%);对照组患者中,传染病报告168例(89.36%)、填写准确165例(87.77%)、迟报漏报6例(3.19%)。观察组传染病报告率、报告卡填写准确率均高于对照组,迟报漏报发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.334、22.719、4.530,P<0.05)。结论在传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中应用PDCA循环法能够提高传染病疫情报告效率,避免漏报和迟报。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle method in the management of infectious disease information monitoring report.Methods The study period was from January 2019 to December 2020,the control group(221 cases)was the infectious disease information monitoring report management without PDCA cycle method from January 2019 to December 2019,and the observation group(188 cases)with the implementation of PDCA cycle method from January 2020 to December 2020.Compare the reporting rate of infectious diseases before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method,the accuracy rate of report card filling,and the incidence of late reporting and underreporting.If it exceeds the reporting time limit,it will be delayed;if it is omitted,it will be omitted.Results Among 221 patients in the observation group,the reporting of infectious diseases was 217 patients(98.19%),the accuracy was 219 patients(99.10%),and the delayed and missed reporting was 1 patients(0.45%);188 patients in the control group,the reporting of infectious diseases was 168 patients(89.36%),the accuracy was 165 patients(87.77%),and the delayed and missed reporting was 6 patients(3.19%).The report rate of infectious diseases and the accuracy of report card filling in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of late reporting and underreporting was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant.(χ^(2)=14.334,22.719,4.530,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle method can improve the reporting efficiency of infectious disease epidemic situation,avoid missing report and delayed report.
