自动痔疮套扎和传统内扎外切术治疗中重度混合痔患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析自动痔疮套扎和传统内扎外切术治疗中重度混合痔患者的效果。方法选取我院2015年5月至2019年5月收治的120例中重度混合痔患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例,对照组给予传统内扎外切术治疗,观察组给予自动痔疮套扎治疗,对比两组的手术效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的治疗总有效率较高,术后疼痛程度较轻,肛门功能恢复良好,伤口愈合时间、住院时间短,并发症发生例数较少,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中重度混合痔患者采取自动痔疮套扎手术治疗的效果较好,可有效减轻患者术后的疼痛程度,促进患者肛门功能的良好恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation and traditional internal ligation and external incision in the treatment of moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by means of digital random grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional internal ligation and external resection,the observation group was given automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment,and the operation effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher overall effective rate of treatment,lighter postoperative pain,better recovery of anal function,shorter wound healing time,shorter hospitalization time,and fewer cases of complications,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation on patients with moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids is good,which can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications,and finally restore the anal function of patients.
