摘　　要：目的分析BiPAP呼吸机应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性期合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗中的临床价值。方法本次研究对象为我院在2017年3月至2018年3月收治的COPD急性期合并呼吸衰竭患者90例,随机等分为研究组与参照组,每组各45例,参照组实施药物治疗,研究组实施BiPAP呼吸机治疗,对两组治疗效果与肺功能指标进行比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于参照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的FEV1%、FEV1显著优于治疗前及参照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将BiPAP呼吸机应用于COPD急性期合并呼吸衰竭患者中显著效果,能够有效改善患者的肺功能。Objective To analyze the clinical value of BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of COPD patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods This study included 90 patients with acute COPD and respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018.They were randomly divided into a research group and a reference group,45 cases in each group.The reference group was given drug therapy,and the research group was given BiPAP ventilator therapy,to compare the treatment effect with the lung function index of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the 75.56%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1%and FEV1 of the study group were significantly better than those of the before treatment and reference groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of COPD patients with acute respiratory failure has a significant effect,can effectively improve the lung function of patients.
