前列地尔和羟苯磺酸钙应用在慢性肾衰竭患者中的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析前列地尔和羟苯磺酸钙应用在慢性肾衰竭患者中的疗效。方法选取178例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,均为2017年2月至2019年8月本院收治,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=89)和试验组(n=89)。对照组实施常规治疗,在此基础上,试验组实施前列地尔和羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对比治疗前后两组肾功能指标以及血压指标变化情况。结果治疗前,两组的UA、BUN、Ccr、Scr及24 h尿蛋白水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的UA、BUN、Scr及24 h尿蛋白均较治疗前显著下降,Ccr较治疗前明显上升,且试验组变化幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、TG、全血高切黏度及TC指标比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、TG、全血高切黏度及TC指标均较治疗前下降明显,且试验组下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾衰竭患者实施前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗的临床效果较佳,不仅能改善患者的肾功能,还能有效降低患者的血压指标。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of alprostadil and calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,178 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method,89 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.On this basis,the experimental group received alprostadil and calcium dobesilate treatment.The changes of renal function and blood pressure indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in UA,BUN,Ccr,Scr and 24 hours urine protein levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,UA,BUN,Scr and 24 hours urine protein in the two groups decreased significantly,and Ccr increased significantly after treatment,and the changes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in plasma viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,TG,whole blood high-shear viscosity,and TC indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the blood pressure indexes such as plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,TG,whole blood high shear viscosity and TC of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the decrease range of the experimental group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with calcium dobesilate has better clinical effect on patients with chronic renal failure.It can not only improve various indicators of renal function of patients,but also effectively reduce various blood pressure indicators of patients.
