等离子射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的手术护理配合效果

摘　　要：目的探析对早期声门型喉癌患者在等离子射频消融手术围手术期护理配合的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我院应用等离子射频消融术治疗的80例早期声门型喉癌患者为分析对象,应用SAS 18.0软件均等随机的完成分组,分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组接受等离子射频消融术治疗及围手术期常规护理,观察组患者接受等离子射频消融术治疗及围手术期针对性护理干预。比较两组相关手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量)、术后并发症(咯血、肺炎、呼吸困难等)发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);在术后随访期间,观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对围手术期护理干预措施的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受等离子射频消融术治疗的早期声门型喉癌患者在围手术期给予科学、针对性的护理配合能够降低手术对患者的伤害,保障术后康复质量,构建和谐的护理环境。Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in patients with early glottic carcinoma undergoing plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,80 patients with early glottic carcinoma treated by plasma radiofrequency ablation in our hospital were selected as the analysis objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment and perioperative routine care,and the observation group received plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment and perioperative targeted nursing intervention.The operation indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss),postoperative complications(hemoptysis,pneumonia,dyspnea)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group during the follow-up period was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of perioperative nursing intervention measures in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific and targeted nursing cooperation for patients with early glottic carcinoma who received plasma radiofrequency ablation intervention in perioperative period can reduce the injury to patients,ensure the quality of postoperative rehabilitation,and build a harmonious nursing environment.
