舒适护理在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿应用舒适护理进行干预的效果。方法选自2019年12月至2020年12月在本院进行治疗的94例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,采用随机分组分为试验组、对照组,每组各47例,试验组患儿实施舒适护理,对照组患儿实施常规方式护理,将两组患儿的护理效果、患儿家属的护理满意度、患儿生活质量评分、住院时间及治疗依从性进行比较。结果应用舒适护理的试验组患儿治疗有效率为95.74%,对照组患儿治疗有效率为78.72%,试验组较对照组明显高(χ^(2)=6.114,P=0.013)。对照组患儿家属的护理满意度为78.72%,较试验组的93.62%显著低(χ^(2)=4.374,P=0.036)。患儿生活质量评分试验组较对照组显著提升,并且住院时间得到显著的降低,促进了患儿的恢复,在治疗依从性上,试验组患儿表现情况相对较为良好,试验组患儿的依从性较对照组显著增高,95.74%>76.60%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿应用舒适护理进行干预对患儿健康具有极大应用价值,能够有效提升患儿治疗当中的舒适度,提升患儿依从性,给患儿生活质量带来显著影响,提升了患儿身体恢复速率,缩短了患儿的住院时间,进而提高治疗效果以及患儿家属的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention on children with cough variant asthma.Methods Ninety-four children with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,47 cases in each group.The children in experimental group were given comfortable nursing,while those in control group were given routine nursing.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction of family members,quality of life score,hospitalization time and treatment of children in two groups were compared.Therapeutic compliance was compared.Results The effective rate of comfort nursing was 95.74%in the experimental group and 78.72%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.114,P=0.013).The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the control group was78.72%,which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(93.62%)(χ^(2)=4.374,P=0.036).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and it was also significantly higher when hospitalized.The treatment compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(95.74%>76.60%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing intervention in children with cough variant asthma has great application value for children's health,which can effectively improve the comfort of children's treatment,improve the compliance of children,bring significant impact on the quality of life of children,improve the recovery rate of children's body,shorten the hospitalization time of children,and then improve the treatment effect and the satisfaction of children's families.
