摘 要:随着城市经济的快速发展,交通拥挤的现象也日益严重。在此背景下,高架桥作为一种既能保证桥面宽度又能预留桥下空间的有效方式,在城市快速路建设中得到了广泛应用。在实际应用过程中,为了尽可能减小桥下道路通行的影响,高架桥的桥墩往往会采用大悬臂盖梁施工技术。以实际深中通道浅滩区项目工程为例,其盖梁施工支架采用钢管立柱+桁架+型钢框架支架施工,对盖梁支架、钢筋施工、模板工程等施工内容展开了详细的探讨,最终成功解决了施工难点,保证了工程质量。With the rapid development of urban economy,the phenomenon of traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.In this context,as an effective way to ensure the width of the deck and reserve the space under the bridge,the viaduct has been widely used in the construction of urban expressway.In the practical application process,in order to reduce the influence of the road under the bridge as much as possible,the piers of the viaduct usually adopt the construction technology of large cantilever cover beam.Taking the actual project in the shallow bank area of the ShenZhong Channel as an example,the construction support of the cover beam is constructed with the support of steel pipe column+truss+section steel frame,and the construction contents such as the cover beam support,steel bar construction and formwork engineering are discussed in detail.Finally,the construction difficulties are solved successfully and the project quality is guaranteed.
