制备高性能薄壁盲孔长管的工艺技术研究

摘　　要：通过对比两种粉体对工艺的要求,选择了合适的粉体;通过对坯料配方的改进,使材料细晶化和低玻璃相,满足了材料的使用要求;通过对造粒料的改性有效减少了其成型缺陷,通过对坯体加工余量试验选择了合适的加工余量,得到了符合要求的高性能高长径比盲孔薄壁Al_(2)O_(3)长管。Proper powders are chosen through the comparison of their requirements on the technology.Clay formulation is improved so that grains can be refined with low glass phase and thus reaching the application requirements of the materials.Forming defects are effectively diminished through the transformation of the grain-making materials.Appropriate amount of processing material is used via body experiment and Al_(2)O_(3) long pipe with high properties,thin wall,and blind holes that meet the requirement standards are prepared successfully.
