摘  要:高等教育国际化是我国高等院校加快“双一流”建设的必经之路。“一带一路”倡议为高校加速国际化发展提供了历史机遇,然而贵州省高等院校囿于办学历史上对外开放意识不够、经费保障不足、国际化平台欠缺以及高校自身学科建设较弱等原因,在国际化办学方面落后于国内许多高校。整体分析贵州省高校国际化办学现状,将地方普通本科高校凯里学院作为个案研究分析其国际化办学现状和困境,提出综合贵州省高校面向东盟,以“中国-东盟教育交流周”平台为依托,蓄力提升贵州高校的国际化办学水平,立足区域特色、民族特色,发挥贵州高校在高等教育国际交流中的独特作用,服务地方经济发展的国际化办学策略。The internationalization of schooling of higher education is an inevitable path to accelerate the construction of“Double First-Class”of universities in China.The“One Belt,One Road”initiative provides a historical opportunity for universities to internationalization,but Guizhou higher education institutions are lagging behind other domestic universities in terms of internationalization due to insufficient awareness of opening up to the outside world,insufficient financial guarantee,lack of internationalization platform and weak construction of their own disciplines.The current paper first analyzed the current situation of internationalization of universities in Guizhou province from an overall perspective and took Kaili University as a case study.Additionally,a comprehensive internationalization strategy of Guizhou universities was also proposed,which included depending on the platform of“China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week”,enhancing the internationalization level of Guizhou universities based on regional and national characteristics,playing the unique role of Guizhou universities in the international exchange of higher education and serving the local economic development.
