基于中医传承辅助平台探讨中医药治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的用药规律

摘　　要：背景近年中医药治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证虽取得较大进展,但中药处方灵活、用药规律较难把握,故分析中医药治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的用药规律具有重要临床意义。目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析中医药治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的用药规律。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed及Cochrane Library数据库,检索中药治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2020年11月。应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行描述性统计、关联规则分析,并采用复杂系统熵聚类分析提取核心药物组合及新方组合。结果最终纳入11篇文献,涉及方剂11首,62味中药;使用频率最高的是安神药,其次为补虚药、理气药、活血化瘀药、清热药;药性主要为寒性药,其次为平性药、温性药;药味主要为甘味,其次为苦味、辛味;主要归肝经、心经、脾经。在支持度个数为5、置信度为80%的条件下,得到治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的中药处方的核心药物组合11组,中药关联规则10条。在相关度为10、惩罚度为2的条件下,得到治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的14个核心药物组合、4个新方组合,分别为新方1:栀子、甘松、苦参、茯神;新方2:柴胡、香附、麦冬、白芍;新方3:郁金、五味子、茯苓、苦参;新方4:龙骨、茯神、琥珀、竹茹。结论基于中医传承辅助平台,通过数据挖掘方法能较好地体现治疗室性期前收缩合并郁证的用药规律,即以安神类中药为主,同时联合补虚药、理气药、活血化瘀药、清热药;提取的4个新方也为室性期前收缩合并郁证的临床遣方用药提供了新的思路。Background In recent years,it has made great progress that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beat complicated with melancholia,but the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine is flexible and the medication regularity is difficult to grasp.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beat complicated with melancholia.Objective To analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beat complicated with melancholia based on the platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5).Methods The database of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Chinese Biomedical Database,PubMed and Cochrane library were searched by computer.The randomized controlled trial about traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature beat complicated with melancholia were collected.The search time was from the establishment of the database to November 2020.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5)was used for descriptive statistics and association rules analysis,and the core drug combination and new prescriptions combination were analyzed by complex system entropy cluster analysis.Results Eleven literatures were included finally,involving 11 prescriptions and 62 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine;the most frequently used drugs were tranquilizing drugs,followed by tonifying deficiency drugs,regulating Qi drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs and antipyretic drugs;the main properties were cold drugs,followed by mild drugs and warm drugs;the main flavor was sweet,followed by bitter and pungent;mainly belongs to liver,heart and spleen meridians.Under the condition of 5 support degree and 80%confidence degree,11 core drug combinations and 10 association rules of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treating ventricular premature beat complicated with melancholia were obtained.Under the c
