摘　　要：针对手工出具文献引证报告费时费力的问题,本文通过一个SCIE实例,详细介绍一种基于Word和VBA出具引证报告的批处理方法,通过删除横线、添加序号、标识自引、统计引用次数和他引次数等内容的处理,快速完成引证报告,显著提高工作效率,为没有引证报告系统的中小图书馆提供建设思路。In view of the time-consuming and laborious manual processing of literature citation reports,this article uses a SCIE example to introduce a batch processing method for literature citation reports based on word and VBA,including deleting horizontal lines,adding serial numbers,identifying self-citation,counting citation and non-self-citation frequency.The citation reports can be completed quickly,and the work ef⁃ficiency can be significantly improved.This provides a reference for small or medium-sized libraries that do not have a citation reporting system.
