摘 要:焦炉荒煤气洗苯、富油脱苯是典型流程工艺过程。其工艺结抅、能量结构、装备结构形成的运行状态,直接影响工艺过程的能效、洁净度及成本。文章介绍了传统直接蒸汽脱苯、无蒸汽负压脱苯、有蒸汽半负压脱苯三种工艺的流程及特点,并分析比较了工艺能效、环境效果、运行成本和投资等多项指标。其中无蒸汽负压脱苯工艺具有节能环保的优势,促进了洗脱苯流程工艺过程的高效化、洁净化和有序化运行。The recovery of benzene from COG(coal oven gas),which is composed of wash oil absorption and rich oil distillation,is an important process for COG purification.The process organization,energy consumption,equipment style,etc,have a huge impact on the energy efficiency,cleanliness and operating costs of the process.The article introduces the traditional steam debenzene process,steam-free negative pressure debenzene process,and steam semi-negative pressure debenzene process and its characteristics,and analyzes and compares the process energy efficiency,environmental effects,operating costs and investment and other indicators.Among them,the non-direct steam rich oil negative pressure debenzene process has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,and promotes the efficient,clean and orderly operation of the benzene elution process.
