摘　　要：介绍了燃气射流钢包烘烤器的工作原理及特点,并通过首钢京唐公司炼钢部300t离线立式燃气射流式钢包烘烤器的实际使用效果进行分析。现场试验证明:在相同条件下,燃气射流型红外测温钢包烘烤器能明显提高能源利用率,节能率可达33%;采用红外测温装置及配套控制系统,可提高烘烤效率,为下道工序提供准确数据,并提高钢包周转率,延长钢包使用寿命。The working principle and characteristics of gas jet ladle roaster are introduced.The actual effect of 300t off-line vertical gas jet ladle roaster in the refining department of Shougang Jingtang Company is analyzed.Field test certificate:under the same conditions,the gas jet infrared temperature measuring ladle oven can obviously improve the energy efficiency,the energy saving rate can be up to 33%;Adopting infrared temperature measuring device and supporting control system,not only improve baking efficiency,provide accurate data for the next process,but also improve ladle turnover rate and prolong ladle service life.
