摘  要:为了提高加筋圆柱壳结构的承载能力,提出了一种新型的非均匀加筋圆柱壳结构设计方案,其中加筋圆柱壳筋条体系采用非均匀布置的方式。本文基于非线性显式动力学方法对非均匀加筋圆柱壳进行了稳定性分析,得到了壳体完善结构和缺陷结构的承载能力。研究结果表明:在不改变结构质量的情况下,非均匀加筋圆柱壳结构以降低壳体两端刚度和增强壳体中部刚度的方式来避免壳体结构中部率先发生屈曲失稳,从而提高了薄壁结构的承载能力。此外,非均匀加筋圆柱壳结构在抵抗几何缺陷方面表现出更为优异的力学性能,具有更低的缺陷敏感性。基于此,本文构造了低缺陷敏感性的非均匀加筋圆柱壳优化模型,并应用算例证明了该优化模型的实用性以及该结构在工程中的适用性。In order to improve the load-carrying capacity of stiffened cylindrical shell,a new type of non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shell is proposed.Different from the traditional stiffened cylindrical shells,the stiffeners of non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shells are non-uniformly arranged.Based on the nonlinear explicit dynamic method,the stability analysis of non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shells is carried out,and the load-carrying capacities of the perfect structure and the imperfection structure of shells are obtained.Without the reduction of the mass of the structure,the non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shell structure can reduce the stiffness at both ends of the shell and enhance the stiffness at the middle part of the shell to avoid the initial instability in the middle part of the shell structure.Therefore,the load-carrying capacity of thin-walled structure is improved.In addition,the non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shell structures exhibit better mechanical property in terms of resistance to geometric imperfection and lower imperfection sensitivity.Moreover,a new optimization framework for non-uniform stiffened cylindrical shells with low imperfection sensitivity is proposed.The practicability of the optimization framework and the applicability of the structures in engineering are tested by the illustrative examples.
