摘 要:扭矩是大洋科学无立管钻探过程中的一个重要参数,当前的大洋科学钻探已能够进行水下万米深度作业,海水摩擦引起的扭矩不容忽视。本文对四种不同圆柱直径的扭矩进行实验研究,讨论流速,水摩擦面积以及转动频率对扭矩的影响,并结合理论分析推导相关的扭矩系数。研究结果表明:流速对扭矩没有明显的影响,圆柱周围外板的扭矩贡献主要由外板的水摩擦面积和转动频率决定;圆柱周围外板的扭矩贡献与转动频率成二次关系,且相应的扭矩系数范围约为0.0133~0.0160。本文的研究成果不仅能为科学钻探的扭矩测量带来佐证,且可为顶部驱动系统的设计选型提供帮助,对未来安全高效的大洋科学钻探具有重要意义。The torque is a significant parameter for ocean scientific riserless drilling,the scientific drilling can reach deep sea area with water depth of 10000 m,and the load torque due to the sea water friction is indispensable.In present study,experimental investigation of load torque has been conducted for four cylinders with different diameters.Effects of flow velocity,friction area of cylinder and rotation frequency on the torque have been discussed.Combined with the theoretical analysis,the torque coefficients have been derived.Results show that the load torque of cylinder mainly dependent upon the friction area and rotation frequency,and has no much relationship with flow velocity.The quadratic relationship between the torque of the cylinder sider wall and the rotation frequency can be achieved,and the range of the torque coefficient is about 0.0133~0.016.The present research results are benefit for the torque measurement and drive system design,which is significant for the safe and efficient ocean scientific riserless drilling.
