摘 要:生物工程制药废水中浓废水主要来自发酵废水和纯化废水。发酵废水具有COD、氨氮含量高,纯化废水具有COD、TP含量高的特点,为确保达标排放,2股废水在进行生化处理前需进行脱氮除磷预处理。论文主要通过实验研究MAP法处理氮磷废水的影响因素,分析了MAP法作为生物工程制药废水脱氮除磷预处理的可行性,并结合实例进行分析,可供相关研究参考。The concentrated wastewater of bio-engineering pharmaceutical wastewater mainly comes from fermentation wastewater and purification wastewater.Fermentation wastewater has high content of COD and ammonia nitrogen,and purification wastewater has high content of COD and TP.In order to ensure the standard discharge,the two batches of wastewater need to be pretreated for nitrogen and phosphorus removal before biochemical treatment.This paper mainly studied the influencing factors of MAP method in treating nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater through experiments,analyzed the feasibility of MAP method as the pretreatment of biological engineering pharmaceutical wastewater for nitrogen and phosphorus removal,and analyzed it with examples,which can be used as a reference for related research.
