摘　　要：针对前海控股大厦项目一期施工总承包工程需满足国家绿色建筑三星级运行标识的要求及工期紧张的情况,塔楼标准层隔墙采用轻质复合墙板替代传统的轻质混凝土砌块。论文重点介绍了轻质复合墙板的构造设计、工艺流程及施工过程中的技术要点。轻质复合墙板具有隔声、防火性能更优、施工效率高、产生建筑垃圾少的优点,达到了降本增效、绿色环保的要求。The first phase of Qianhai Holding Building Project is the general contracting project,it is required to meet the requirements of the national green building three-star operation label,its construction period is limited,so the lightweight composite wall panels are used instead of traditional lightweight concrete blocks for the tower's standard storey partitions.In this paper,the structural design,technological process and technical points in construction of lightweight composite wallboard are introduced emphatically.Lightweight composite wallboard has the advantages of sound insulation,better fire performance,high construction efficiency and less construction waste,which has achieved the requirements of cost reduction and efficiency increase and green environmental protection.
