摘 要:基于深中通道非通航孔桥钢管桩锤击沉桩及振动沉桩工程实践,对挤密砂桩复合地基中采用不同沉桩方法的施工效果进行分析。根据开口钢管桩沉桩过程、检测情况及沉桩机理,分析产生沉桩差异的原因,并结合原地质施工情况进行对比,总结挤密砂桩复合地基沉桩特性。工程实践表明,复合地基条件施工钢管桩,锤击沉桩穿透密实土体能力强,入土深度较为均匀;振动沉桩入土深度离散性大,应结合承载力、入土深度等要求选择沉桩方法及停锤控制标准。Based on the engineering practice of hammer sinking and vibration sinking of steel pipe piles in non-navigable bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the construction effect of different pile sinking methods in composite foundation of compacted sand pile was analyzed.According to the pile sinking process,inspection situation and pile sinking mechanism of open-ended steel pipe piles,the causes of dissimilar pile sinking performance were analyzed,and the pile sinking characteristics of compacted sand pile composite foundation were summarized by comparing with the original geological construction situation.The engineering practice shows when the steel pipe pile is constructed under the composite foundation condition,hammer sinking has strong physical ability to penetrate dense soil,and the penetration depth is relatively uniform.The penetration depth of vibration sinking piles is discrete.The pile sinking method and control standard of stopping should be selected according to the requirements of bearing capacity and penetration depth.
