摘  要:针对目前污水厂产生大量含水率较高的污泥,且填埋场地较为紧张的问题,提出应用以“氯化铁+石灰”为改性剂并引进高压带式连续污泥深度脱水技术,降低污泥含水率的措施。以云南省昆明市某水质净化厂改建工程为例,水质净水厂连续6个月的运行结果表明:高压带式连续污泥深度脱水技术使污泥含水率由80%降至60%左右,污泥由160 t/d降至87.2 t/d,污泥减量率达45.5%。高压带式连续污泥深度脱水技术能够满足国家对污泥减量化、稳定化等的要求,该工程实例可为相似工程污泥减量处理提供借鉴。At present,the sewage plant produces a large amount of sludge with high water content,and the landfill site is relatively tight.To address this problem,the water content of sludge was reduced by applying“ferric chloride+lime”as modifier and introducing high-pressure belt-type continuous sludge deep dewatering technology.Take the reconstruction project of a water purification plant in Kunming,Yunnan Province as an example,the operation results of the water purification plant for 6 consecutive months showed that:High-pressure belt continuous sludge deep dewatering technology could reduce the moisture content of sludge from 80% to about 60%,sludge from 160 t/d to 87.2 t/d,and the sludge reduction rate reached 45.5%.The high-pressure belt type continuous sludge deep dewatering technology can meet the national requirements for sludge reduction,stabilization,and harmlessness,and provides engineering examples for similar projects.
