摘　　要：某型金属橡胶产品在储存过程中镀锌层被腐蚀。通过检测镀锌层的防腐性能,以及对后处理所用机加切削液、防锈油、气相防锈纸和包装纸箱进行逐一分析,发现锌层被腐蚀的主要原因是使用了不合格的气相防锈纸。The zinc coating electroplated on a rubber-metal composite product was corroded during storage.The corrosion resistance of zinc coating was tested,and the materials used in post-treatments i.e.cutting fluid,antirust oil,vapor-phase corrosion inhibiting paper,and package box were analyzed.It was found that the primary cause was the usage of unqualified vapor-phase corrosion inhibiting paper.
