摘　　要：奶牛适宜生长的温度8~16℃,北方冬季温度较低,气候寒冷,早晚温差较大,奶牛在生长发育中除满足自身的营养需求外,还需保证自身的体温正常,因此机体能量消耗较多。奶牛因为运动量不足,如果没有做好妥善的养殖管理工作,易造成各种传染性疾病的发生,导致奶牛不能正常生长发育,产奶量显著下降。冬季做好奶牛的养殖管理工作对提高奶牛的产量和健康程度有很大帮助。该文主要论述奶牛冬季饲养管理技术要点。The suitable temperature for the growth of dairy cows is 8~16°C,the winter temperature in the north is lower,the climate is cold,and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large.During the growth and development of dairy cows,in addition to meeting their own nutritional requirements,they also need to ensure that their body temperature is normal,so the body expends more energy.Due to the lack of exercise,if the cattle do not do a good job of breeding management,easy to cause a variety of infectious disease,resulting in cows can not normal growth and development,milk yield significantly decreased.It is very helpful to improve the output and health of dairy cattle to do the breeding and management work well in winter.This paper mainly discusses the main points of feeding and management of dairy cattle in winter.
