摘　　要：随着我国人民物质生活水平的不断提升,高档牛肉的消费量也在逐步增加,在这种情况下高档肉牛品种种植资源的重要性日益突出,世界各国对国内高品质肉牛资源的保护也在不断实现强化。本文主要对西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛种质资源这些研究。With the continuous improvement of our people's material living standards,the consumption of high-grade beef is also increasing.In this case,the importance of high-grade beef cattle is becoming more and more important,and the protection of domestic high-quality beef cattle is also being strengthened.In this paper,the Simmental cattle and Angus cattle germplasm resources were studied.
