摘　　要：目的探讨维生素AD联合红霉素软膏在新生儿臀炎治疗中的应用价值。方法将2019年10月—2020年10月于兴国县人民医院接受治疗的66例新生儿臀炎患儿纳入研究,依据随机数字表法分组。对照组33例采用常规治疗联合维生素AD治疗,观察组33例则在对照组基础上联合红霉素软膏治疗,比较2组患儿治疗前后生活质量评分以及治疗后的相关症状恢复时间和临床疗效。结果观察组的红肿消退时间、糜烂面愈合时间以及皮损恢复时间与对照组比较明显缩短;观察组总有效率为97.0%,明显高于对照组的78.8%;观察组的生活质量评分与对照组相比明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素AD联合红霉素软膏能有效缩短新生儿臀炎症状恢复时间,改善患儿生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of vitamin AD combined with erythromycin ointment in the treatment of neonatal gluteal inflammation.Methods The 66 neonates with gluteal inflammation who were treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table method.33 cases in the control group were treated with conventional treatment combined with vitamin AD,and 33 cases in the observation group were treated with erythromycin ointment on the basis of the control group.The quality of life scores before and after treatment and the recovery time and clinical efficacy of related symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores of the two groups of children(P>0.05).After treatment,the time of redness and swelling subsidence,erosion surface healing time and skin lesion recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;The effective rate of 97.0%was significantly higher than that of the control group of 78.8%;the quality of life score of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin AD combined with erythromycin ointment can effectively shorten the recovery time of neonatal gluteal inflammation and improve the quality of life of children.It is worthy of clinical application.
