泄化浊瘀方内服联合芙黄膏外用治疗急性痛风性关节炎36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察泄化浊瘀方内服联合芙黄膏外用治疗对于急性痛风性关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法将72例痛风性关节炎患者随机分成2组,2组基础治疗相同,试验组使用泄化浊瘀方内服联合芙黄膏外用,对照组使用美洛昔康片口服联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用。治疗5 d后,观察2组患者的症状缓解时间及治疗前后的血尿酸水平。结果试验组症状缓解时间(1.75±0.50)d,对照组症状缓解时间(3.25±0.69)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血尿酸(448.71±52.44)μmol/L,对照组(548.89±78.34)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于美洛昔康片口服联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用,泄化浊瘀方内服联合芙黄膏外用治疗痛风性关节炎不仅有较好的消肿止痛效果,还能显著降低血尿酸。Objective to observe the curative effect of orally taking Xie Hua Zhuo Yu prescription combined with Fuhuang ointment for external use on patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods 72 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups,which received the same basic treatment;the experimental group was treated with orally taking Xie Hua Zhuo Yu prescription combined with externally applying Fuhuang ointment,while the control group was treated with meloxicam tablets combined with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion for external use.To observe the the symptom relief time and the serum uric acid of the two groups after five days of treatment.Results After one course of treatment,the symptom relief time of the experimental group was(1.75±0.50)d,and that of the control group was(3.25±0.69)d,the comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum uric acid of the experimental group was(448.71±52.44)μmol/L,and that of the control group was(548.89±78.34)μmol/L,the comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with orally taking meloxicam tablets combined with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion for external use,oral administration of Xie Hua Zuo Yu prescription combined with Fuhuang ointment for external use in the treatment of gouty arthritis not only has better effect of detumescence and pain relief,but also can remarkably reduce the blood uric acid value.
