中国产业结构升级水平时空演变研究

摘　　要：以中国30个省(自治区、直辖市,不含西藏和港澳台地区)为研究靶向,从产业结构合理化、高度化两个维度出发,采用泰尔指数度量产业结构合理化水平,采用第三、二产业增加值之比测度产业高度化水平,通过运用改进的熵值法和标准差椭圆,反映产业结构发展现状并以此刻画2000—2017年中国各省区市的产业结构转型升级水平的时空演化特征.结果显示:1)研究期内,中国产业结构合理化TL指数呈下降趋势,产业结构趋于合理、均衡发展,省际差异呈缩小趋势,合理化程度在空间上呈现出东部>东北>中部>西部的分布格局.2)中国产业结构高级化指数呈波动上升态势,且表现出一定的阶段性;在空间分布上呈现出东部>西部>东北>中部的空间分布格局.3)研究期内,中国产业结构优化升级水平整体上呈现明显的上升态势,空间上呈现“东北—西南”的空间分布格局,产业结构升级的重心移动路径总体呈现向东北方向移动的趋势,空间分布格局较为稳定,产业结构优化升级的空间溢出效应并不明显.Taking 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in Chinese mainland(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)as the research targets,and starting from the two dimensions of rationalization and advancement of the industrial structure,the Theil index is used to measure the level of rationalization of the industrial structure.The ratio of the added value of the tertiary and secondary industries is used to measure the level of industrial advancement.Through the use of improved entropy method and standard deviation ellipse,it reflects the current situation of industrial structure development and characterizes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the transformation and upgrading level of industrial structure in various provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2000 to 2017.The results show that:1)During the research period,the TL index of industrial structure rationalization in China showed a downward trend,the industrial structure tended to be rational and balanced,and the inter-provincial differences showed a shrinking trend.The degree of rationalization showed a spatial distribution of eastern>northeast>central>western pattern.2)China’s industrial structure advancement index shows a fluctuating and rising trend and multistage;in the spatial distribution,it presents a spatial distribution pattern of east>west>northeast>central.3)During the research period,the optimization and upgrading level of China’s industrial structure showed a clear upward trend as a whole,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“northeast-southwest”in space.The moving path of the center for the upgrading of industrial structure showed a trend of moving to the northeast as a whole.The pattern is relatively stable,and the spatial spillover effect of the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is not obvious.
