分析超激光疼痛治疗仪与电温针配合治疗膝骨关节炎对疼痛程度及关节功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析应用超激光疼痛治疗仪(Super Lizer)配合电温针治疗对膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛程度及关节功能恢复的影响。方法方便选取2019年2月—2020年6月期间在该院诊治的60例膝骨关节炎患者分成实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予电温针治疗,实验组予Super Lizer配合电温针。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度和膝关节功能情况,评价治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组关节压痛指数(0.46±0.25)分明显低于对照组(0.95±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.725,P<0.001),Lysholm膝关节评分(78.96±5.85)分明显高于对照组(67.85±5.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.592,P<0.001)。对比两组治疗总体有效率,实验组(90.00%)高于对照组(53.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.932,P<0.05)。结论Super Lizer配合电温针治疗膝骨关节炎,能够有效减轻膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节活动度,治疗效果明显。Objective To analyze the effects of the application of Super Lizer combined with electric temperature acupuncture on the pain degree and joint function recovery of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods convenient selection 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electric warm acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with Super Lizer electric temperature needle.Observed the pain degree and knee joint function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluated the treatment effect.Results After treatment,the experimental group's joint tenderness index(0.46±0.25)points were significantly lower than the control group(0.95±0.51)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.725,P<0.001),Lysholm knee joint score(78.96±5.85)points significantly higher than the control group(67.85±5.48)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.592,P<0.001).The overall effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups,the experimental group(90.00%)was higher than the control group(53.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.932,P<0.05).Conclusion Super Lizer combined with electric warm acupuncture can effectively reduce knee joint pain and improve knee joint mobility with obvious therapeutic effects.
