摘  要:乳腺癌为一类临床常见病,多发病。对于早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术联合术后放疗,能取得良好的治疗成效。接受放疗后,患者的心脏会受到照射损伤,又以左侧乳房最为明显。患者经胸部放射治疗后,会表现出左心室舒张末期降低、左心室射血分数减少、左心室后壁厚度降低,二尖瓣关闭速度减慢等不良症状,严重影响患者的疾病转归,降低其生活品质。因此选择一种高效的诊断方式至关重要。彩超在诸多疾病诊断中有满意成效。彩色多普勒超声能够有效评价经放射治疗后所引起的心脏具体结构、心脏功能以及病患自身血流动力学改变情况。该文拟对接受乳腺癌保乳术后放疗者实施彩超诊断心脏损伤的应用价值进行分析,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。Breast cancer is a common clinical disease,frequently-occurring.For early breast cancer patients,breast-conserving surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy can achieve good results.After receiving radiotherapy,the patient's heart will be damaged by irradiation,and the left breast is the most obvious.After thoracic radiation therapy,the patient will show adverse symptoms such as decreased left ventricular end-diastole,decreased left ventricular ejection fraction,decreased left ventricular posterior wall thickness,and slowed mitral valve closure speed,which seriously affects the patient’s disease outcome and reduces its quality of life.Therefore,it is very important to choose an efficient diagnostic method.Color Doppler ultrasound has satisfactory results in diagnosing many diseases.Color Doppler ultrasound can effectively evaluate the specific structure of the heart,cardiac function and the patient's own hemodynamic changes caused by radiotherapy.This article intends to analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing heart injury in patients undergoing breast-conserving postoperative radiotherapy,and aims to provide references for the research work of relevant personnel.
