摘　　要：天然草地既能为草食动物提供饲草资源,又是畜牧业发展的基础之一。南阳市天然草地资源面积大、种类多、产量高,但也存在着保护不力、利用不充分和不平衡等问题。迫切需要根据南阳市的气候、地形、地貌和草地类型等特点进行区划,为科学利用草地资源,保障生态环境稳定,促进现代草地畜牧业的持续发展提供依据。Natural grassland is not only providing forage resources for herbivores,but also one of the bases for the development of animal husbandry.The natural grassland resources in Nanyang are large in area,diverse in variety and high in yield,but there are also problems such as ineffective protection,insufficient utilization and imbalance.It is urgent to divide Nanyang according to its climate,topography,landform and grassland types,so as to provide a basis for scientific use of grassland resources,ensure the stability of the ecological environment,and promote the sustainable development of modern grassland animal husbandry.
