厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭患者应用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗的临床疗效。方法 130例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各65例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,给予厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔口服治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标、心率及血压变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.4%明显高于对照组的83.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF),左心室收缩末期容积(LVEDV),左心室舒张末期容积(VLESV)水平分别为(43.9±5.7)%、(130.2±21.1)ml、(67.1±22.9)ml,均优于对照组的(36.3±5.1)%、(147.2±19.3)ml、(81.2±11.7)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、心率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭患者应用厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,提升治疗有效率,改善心脏功能,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with oral administration of irbesartan and metoprolol based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,and cardiac function indicators,heart rate and blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.4%of the observation group was obviously higher than 83.1%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular end systolic volume(VLESV)of the observation group were(43.9±5.7)%,(130.2±21.1)ml and(67.1±22.9)ml,which were better than(36.3±5.1)%,(147.2±19.3)ml and(81.2±11.7)ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of irbesartan and metoprolol can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,therapeutic efficiency and cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure,and has good practical value.
