摘 要:在长距离成品油输送管路中,阀门突然关闭或者系统断电可能会引起油液流速骤然降低,油液的惯性作用及油液的可压缩特性会引起管路中压力急剧升高。该突然变化的压力会导致输油管路的振动、噪声甚至损坏。为了防止该现象的发生,一般在管路系统中安装水击泄压阀。该水击泄压阀能够及时地对管路系统中的高压油液进行卸荷,从而降低系统中油液压力,保证管道系统的正常运行。主要针对国内主流水击泄压阀的主阀及先导阀的工作原理及结构特点进行了分析,阐明了其结构特点及应用场合。In the long-distance refined oil transportation pipeline,the sudden closing of the valve or the power failure of the system may cause the oil flow velocity reduced sharply,the inertial effect of the oil and the compressible nature of the oil may cause the pressure to rise sharply in the pipeline.The sudden changed pressure can cause vibration,noise and even damage to the oil pipeline.In order to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon,surge relief valves are usually installed in the piping system.Through the surge relief valve,the high-pressure oil in the pipeline system can be unloaded in time,so as to reduce the oil pressure in the system and ensure the normal operation of the pipeline system.The working principle and structural characteristics of main valve and pilot valve of domestic mainstream surge relief valves were analyzed,and their structural characteristics and application occasions were expounded.
