某儿童专科医院366名外科医护人员心肺复苏应急知晓及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查某儿童专科医院外科医护人员心肺复苏应急技能知识掌握情况,分析外科医护人员心肺复苏应急技能知识的知晓率及相关影响因素,并提出相应改进建议。方法以2019年11月某儿童专科医院外科片区的医护人员(含临聘人员,不含实习人员)为调查对象,其中医生145名,护士221名。自行设计心肺复苏应急知识调查问卷并展开调查分析。两组间比较采用独立样本t检验,多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用SNK法。结果护士组心肺复苏首要步骤、人工呼吸注意事项维度得分及总得分高于医生组(P<0.05)。两组间其他维度得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均发现职称越高,心肺复苏应急的知晓率越高(P<0.05),而性别、年龄、学历与心肺复苏应急知晓率无关(P>0.05)。结论某儿童专科医院外科片区护士的心肺复苏应急知晓率高于医生,应进一步提高医生群体心肺复苏应急知晓率的整体水平。Objective Through the investigation of emergency knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)among medical and surgical staff in a children's hospital,this paper analyzes the awareness rate of CPR among medical and surgical staff and the related influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Methods The survey subjects were medical staff(including interim staff,excluding interns)in the surgical section of a children's hospital in November 2019,including 145 doctors and 221 nurses.The“CPR Emergency Knowledge Questionnaire”was designed and analyzed by ourselves.Independent sample t test was used for comparison between two groups,one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups,and SNK method was used for pair comparison.Results The scores of the first steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),matters needing attention of artificial respiration and total scores in the nurse group were higher than those in the doctor group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of other dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).It was found in both groups that the higher the professional title was,the higher the awareness rate of CPR emergency skills was(P<0.05),while gender,age and education level were not related to the awareness rate of CPR emergency skills(P>0.05).Conclusion The emergency awareness rate of CPR of nurses in the surgical section of a children's hospital was higher than that of doctors.Therefore,the overall level of emergency awareness rate of CPR among doctors should be further improved.
