摘 要:目的研究赋能教育对中青年颅脑创伤患者术后自我效能及日常生活能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2017年5月—2020年5月本院收治的100例颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和观察组(n=50,赋能教育)。比较两组的自我效能、综合功能、日常生活能力。结果干预前两组的自我效能评分(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的1 d、1、3个月的GSES评分明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的功能综合评定量表(functional comprehensive assessment,FCA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的1 d、1、3个月的FCA评分明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的日常生活能力(Barthel Index,BI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的1 d、1、3个月的BI评分明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育可提高TBI患者的自我效能,提高生活自理能力,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of empowerment education on self-efficacy and self-care ability of young and middle-aged patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods Methods convenience sampling was used,100 cases of TBI patients in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=50,routine nursing)and observation group(n=50,empowerment education).The self-efficacy,comprehensive function and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the GSES score between two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the GSES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FCA scores between two groups before intervention were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the FCA scores of observation group at 1 d,1 month and 3 months were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BI scores between two groups before intervention were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the BI scores of observation group at 1 d,1 month and 3 months were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowerment education can improve the self-efficacy and self-care ability of TBI patients,which is worth popularizing.
