基于快速康复外科理念指导的中西医结合护理在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术围手术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念指导的中西医结合护理在膝关节镜下前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建术围手术期的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月期间拟行ACL重建术患者56例,根据随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例,其中对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组给予基于FTS理念指导的中西医结合护理。结果观察组患者术后3 d患膝视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05),膝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者,在围手术期护理中应用基于快速康复外科理念指导的中西医结合护理,能有效减轻患者疼痛,减少并发症,加快术后康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)in the perioperative period of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction under knee arthroscopy.Methods Fifty-six patients who underwent ACL reconstruction between June 2018 and June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The routine perioperative nursing and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing based on the FTS concept were given.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the knees in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Lysholm score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy,the application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine based on the concept of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing can effectively alleviate pain,reduce complications,accelerate postoperative recovery and improve patient satisfaction.
