海南保亭什玲镇界村、南林乡东方村产业项目扶贫的调研与思考

摘　　要：文章调研了海南保亭南林乡东方村、什玲镇界村2个"十三五"建档立卡贫困村产业项目扶贫的基本情况,指出了在产业项目扶贫中存在的贫困户发展产业的积极性不高、人才支撑不足、扶贫产业项目利益联结机制不完善、缺乏新型农业经营主体4个方面的问题,并据此提出针对性建议。Jie Village,Zhaling Town and Dongfang Village,Nanlin Towns in Baoting,Hainan are poverty-stricken villages registered during the Chinese 13 th Five-Year Plan period.This article investigates the basic situation of poverty alleviation of two Villages by industry.It points out that there are four problems in the poverty alleviationindustrial which are lack initiative of poor households,insufficient talent support,imperfect interest linking mechanism and short of new agricultural businesses.Based on this,suggestions are put forward.
