不同数字多用表测量断相保护器交流电压降结果差异分析

摘　　要：在检测某厂家生产的断相保护器时发现,用不同型号的数字多用表测量每相线圈交流电压降时,测量数据存在明显差异,导致产生不同的检测结果。通过比较数字多用表测量交流电压的3种响应方式,分析测量数据,指出测量数据不同的原因,以避免厂家在生产、检验过程中,因为测量仪表的误用,造成产品检测的不合格。When testing the open-phase protector produced by a manufacturer,it is found that there are obvious dif⁃ferences in the measured data of AC voltage drop of each phase coil by different types of digital multimeters,resulting in different detection results.In this paper,by comparing three response modes of digital multimeters to measure AC voltage,the measured data are analyzed,and the reasons for the different measurement data are pointed,so as to avoid the inspection failure results during production and inspection process because of the misuse of measuring instruments.
