摘 要:为了分析计算发电机额定并网运行时变压器高压侧一相断开的非全相工况下汽轮发电机转子动态电磁力的分布规律,以容量为1407MV·A核电汽轮发电机为例,建立动态分析的单机无穷大系统的场!路!网耦合时步有限元模型。进而分析转子二维截面上的磁场分布情况,并结合麦克斯韦应力法,计算发电机非全相工况下汽轮发电机转子齿顶、齿壁上各关键点动态电磁力。将计算结果与额定并网工况下的结果进行对比分析,得出一些有价值的结论。最后,提取气隙磁场变化特征,得到转子径向与切向电磁力波变化规律,结果表明非全相运行时,转子受到的反向电磁力波动较大。该研究为汽轮发电机转子铁心结构的优化设计提供了理论参考。In order to analyze and calculate the distribution and the dynamic change of the electromagnetic force under the open-phase operation condition,in which one phase is open on the HV side of the transformer when the generator is running at the rated operation condition,the capacity of 1407 MV·A nuclear steam turbine was taken as an example,and a field-circuit-network coupled time-stepping finite element model for a one machine and infinite bus system was set up.Then,the distribution of the magnetic field on rotor cross section was analyzed.Combined with Maxwell stress method,the dynamic electromagnetic force of key points on the top and side walls of the rotor teeth was calculated under the open-phase operation condition.Compared with the results of the rated operation condition,some beneficial conclusions are obtained.Finally,on the basis of analysis of air-gap flux variation characteristics under the open-phase operation condition,the dynamic distribution and the change rule of the rotor radial and tangential magnetic force wave were given.The results show that the inverse electromagnetic force wave of the rotor is more volatile under the open-phase operation condition.The study provides a reference for the optimization design of the turbo generator rotor structure.
