摘　　要：采用甲醛、二乙醇胺和亚磷酸二乙酯为原料,合成了阻燃单体N,N-二(2-羟乙基)氨甲基膦酸二乙酯(BHAPE),然后以BHAPE、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG2000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为主要原料制备阻燃水性聚氨酯(WPU),并对棉织物进行整理。测试了阻燃水性聚氨酯的性能,研究了BHAPE质量分数对水性聚氨酯乳液、胶膜及整理后棉织物性能的影响。结果表明:试验成功地制备了BHAPE改性WPU整理剂;随着BHAPE用量的增加,改性WPU胶膜及其整理后的棉织物残炭量均增加,棉织物极限氧指数从17.8%提高到20.6%,阻燃性能优异。Formaldehyde,diethanolamine and diethyl phosphite are used to synthesis N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)aminomethyl phosphonic acid diethyl ester(BHAPE),and a series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)flame re⁃tardants are prepared with BHAPE,polyoxypropylene glycol 2000(PPG2000),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),di⁃methylol propionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO),trimethylolpropane(TMP),and they are applied to cotton finishing.The performance of flame retardant waterborne polyurethane is tested.The effect of BHAPE concen⁃tration on the properties of WPU emulsions,films and the finished cotton fabrics are studied.The results show that BHAPE modified WPU is successfully prepared.With the increase of BHAPE content,the residual carbons of WPU film and the finished cotton fabric increase.And the limiting oxygen index value of the cotton fabric af⁃ter finished with WPU increases from 17.8%to 20.6%.The flame retardancy of cotton fabric is good.
