摘 要:为提高水性聚氨酯(WPU)织物整理剂成膜后的阻燃性能,制备了基于石墨烯结构的含磷(P)和硅(Si)元素的新型无卤阻燃剂。通过在氧化石墨烯(GO)上接枝环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTS)引入Si元素,再利用GPTS的环氧基团与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)进行偶联反应引入P元素,合成了同时含有P和Si的改性石墨烯整理剂。用FT-IR,XPS和XRD等手段表征了新型阻燃剂的结构。将新阻燃剂应用于水性聚氨酯乳液中,成膜干燥后所得复合材料的阻燃性能明显提高。The new halogen-free flame retardant containing phosphorus(P)and silicon(Si)based on graphene structure is designed to improve the flame retardant performance of the membrane made from water-based polyurethane(WPU)textile finishing agent.The synthesis of such new modified graphene-based flame retar⁃dant is conducted via grafting epoxy groups onto graphene oxide(GO)by reaction of GO with glycidoxypropyltri⁃methoxysilane(GPTS)to introduce Si moieties,then the pendandingepoxy groups are treated with 9,10-dihydro-9-oxygen hybrid-10-phosphorus-fi-10-oxide(DOPO)for coupling the P contained moieties.The structural charac⁃teristics of the new flame retardants are characterized by FT-IR,XPS and XRD.The new flame retardant is dis⁃persed into the water-borne PU emulsion(WPU).It is found that the new flame retardant could improve the performance of the film made from such WPU.The study of the combustion characteristics and the pyrolysis behaviour of the film reveales that such flame retardant can promote the char forming as well as reduce the peak of heat releasing rate of the attained PU film during combustion.
