摘　　要：介绍了精练剂RH-NB-1103A在棉织物前处理工艺中的应用,测试了精练剂的基本性能。结果表明,精练剂RH-NB-1103A具有白度高、毛效高、渗透快、泡沫极低、对织物强力损伤低等特点。优化的碱氧一浴练漂工艺为:精练剂1 g/L,30%H2O28 g/L,NaOH 3 g/L,95℃精练40 min。The application of scouring agent RH-NB-1103A in cotton fabric pretreatment is introduced.The basic properties of the scouring agent are tested.The results show that the scouring agent RH-NB-1103A has the characteristics of high whiteness,high capillary efficiency,fast penetration,low foam and low strength dam⁃age.The optimized alkaline oxygen one-bath scouring and bleaching process is:scouring agent 1 g/L,30%H2O28 g/L,NaOH 3 g/L,and scouring at 95℃for 40 min.
