摘  要:基于生物素-链霉亲和素系统的化学发光技术被广泛应用,但外源性生物素会对其产生干扰,这种干扰与多种因素相关,如反应模式、检测平台、检测项目和反应体系中的相关要素等。这些因素任何一种发生改变都将对干扰产生不同程度的影响。及时准确的识别干扰有助于减少临床误诊和漏诊。该文对国内外所报道的影响干扰的因素进行综述,为临床实验室人员提供借鉴。The chemiluminescence immunoassay based on biotin-avidin system is the most widely used at present.However,excessive biotin in the blood will interfere with this method.The interference is related to many factors,such as reaction mode,detection platform,detection items and relevant factors in the reaction system,etc.Any change in these factors will have different effects on the degree of interference.Timely and accurate identification of interference is helpful to reduce clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.This article reviews the reported factors affecting interference at home and abroad to provide reference for clinical laboratory personnel.
