摘 要:在建筑物基础形式多样、不同部位地基承载力要求差异悬殊且地基沉降变形要求严格的设计条件下,只采用单一的地基处理技术无法有效解决地基问题.本文依托北京某地基处理设计项目,对采用CFG桩复合地基、碎石桩复合地基、换填垫层等多种地基处理形式联合设计方法进行分析,同时,为了深入研究复杂荷载条件对不同部位地基变形的影响,使用MIDAS-GTSNX有限元分析软件模拟地基处理后的地基变形,将数值分析法、使用规范工具箱计算法与实际监测得到的沉降量进行对比,结果表明,运用规范工具箱计算的沉降量大于数值分析计算沉降量,数值分析结果更接近实际监测值.运用多种方法联合进行地基处理,能够较好地控制复杂情况建筑物变形.Under the design condition that the building foundation forms are various,the bearing capacity requirements of different parts differed greatly and the foundation settlement deformation are strict,the single foundation treatment technology can not solve the foundation problem effectively.Based on the foundation treatment design project in Beijing,this article analyzes the combined design methods of CFG pile composite foundation,gravel pile composite foundation,and replacement layer of compacted fill.At the same time,in order to further study the influence of complex load conditions on the foundation deformation in different parts,the finite element analysis software MIDAS-GTSNX was used to simulate the foundation deformation after foundation treatment,the numerical analysis method and the calculation method using standard toolbox were compared with the settlement amount obtained by actual monitoring,the results show that the settlement calculated by standard toolbox is larger than that calculated by numerical analysis,and the numerical analysis results are closer to the actual monitoring values.Using a variety of methods for ground treatment,can well control complex building deformation.
