老年慢性病人延续护理信息性支持现况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查老年慢性病人延续护理信息性支持的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采取自制老年慢性病延续护理信息性支持调查问卷对启东市某三乙中医医院的132名老年慢性病人进行研究。结果老年慢性病人延续护理信息性支持总分为(43.89±6.39)分。多元回归分析结果显示:影响老年慢性病人信息支持的主要因素包括文化程度、家庭月收入、子女个数、医疗付费方式、病程、自付金额6个因素(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性病人延续护理信息性支持力度处于低水平,亟待提高。可通过调动信息提供者的积极性,选择老年慢性病人偏好的信息途径和信息内容来加强延续护理中的信息支持力度,从而改善过渡过程,提高延续护理质量,减少再入院率,实现医疗资源的良性运转。objective investigate the status of information support for extended care in elderly patients with chronic diseases and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 132 elderly patients with chronic diseases in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Qidong were investigated with a self-designed information support questionnaire for extended care of chronic diseases.Results the total score of the information support for the elderly chronic patients was 43.89±6.39.results multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the information support of the elderly chronic patients included education level,monthly family income,number of children,mode of medical payment,duration of illness and amount of out-of-pocket payment(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of information support in continuing nursing care for elderly chronic patients is low and needs to be improved urgently.To improve the transition process and the quality of continuous nursing care,we can strengthen the information support in continuous nursing care by mobilizing the enthusiasm of the information providers and selecting the information approach and content preferred by the elderly chronic patients,reduce Readmission rate,realize the benign operation of medical resources.
