针对性护理在腹腔镜下子宫全切手术配合中的效果观察及临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切手术配合中针对性护理的效果及临床价值。方法:选取200例接受腹腔镜下子宫全切手术的患者,均为2019年1月—2020年1月期间收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=100)实施常规护理,观察组(n=100)实施针对性护理,分析护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05),并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下子宫全切手术配合中应用针对性护理效果较好,可提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective: To explore the effect and clinical value of targeted nursing in total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods:200 patients who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected from January 2019 to January 2020, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(n=100) was given routine care and the observation group(n=100) implemented targeted car. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of targeted nursing in the cooperation of total hysterectomy under laparoscopy is better, which can improve the satisfaction of nursing and reduce the incidence of complications.
